Immerse 2019.

 

Immerse is one of the largest biennale public art exhibitions in Greater Melbourne. The City of Knox have a rich history of supporting the arts, and in particular public art. The arts festival transforms the City of Knox into a living art gallery every two years.

In 2018 Kim consulted to Knox on a revised creative strategy for the then, three year arts program, Immerse. In 2019, she rolled the program out in the role of Community and Public Arts Officer at the City of Knox. Kim is currently working with Knox as the Artistic Director for Immerse 2021.

In 2019, Kim worked alongside the incredible artistic talents of curators: Jodi Newcombe, Pollyanna Clayton-Stamm, Samantha Barrow and Sapna Chandu and brought together 49 artists across 49 exhibitions and 35 programmed events.
