LAGI Melbourne

Have you ever had a picnic in a Power Plant?

The LAGI ideas competition invites artists, scientists, engineers, architects and designers from across the world to design a clean energy landscape for a post-carbon world. One of the world's most-followed sustainable design events, it inspires people to imagine the beauty and promise of a net-zero carbon future.

In 2018, sponsored by the State of Victoria, as part of their Renewable Energy Action Plan, LAGI entrants explored bold designs for the St Kilda Triangle site in The City of Port Phillip.

The competition continues to run around the world, helping to shape the aesthetic impact of new sustainable infrastructures on our urban places as we move towards a 100% renewable world.
